Facilities
During winter and when it is not suitable to train outside we use our superb indoor facilities which include the £1.5million gym, sauna steam and spa area, indoor 5 a-side facility and a swimming pool, all readily available to the development programme on site.
Training information
We train at Kingsland skills institute sports department in Houghton Regis. Our facilities are first class, we have:
4 full size football pitches to use
2 mini pitches used for 5 a-side games
A swimming pool
A brand new fully equipped gymnasium
A brand new sauna, steam and spa area
An indoor football hall
Sports massage rooms
