Adult Learning Grant (ALG) Are you aged over 19?Are you studying for your first Level 2 or Level 3 qualification? Are you studying a full-time educational course? Have you been a resident in the EU for the last three years? Do you have a personal income of less than £30,000 per annum, and do no not receive any other Government grants or means-tested benefits? If you can answer ´YES´ to these questions then you may qualify for ALG. Please contact the Funding Team who will advise and assist you with your application on 01582 477776. Care to Learn This is a scheme that enables young students, with children, to access money for childcare. Students have to be over 16 years and under 20 years of age and studying a full or part-time course. Children have to be placed with an Ofsted registered childcare provider. There is also money available for travel to and from the childcare provider. This money will not affect any benefits the student, or the student´s family, are receiving.
