Entry to Employment
Entry to Employment (E2E) is a work-based training programme for 16-18 year olds helping you into employment, training, apprenticeships or full-time education. E2E programmes are individually designed, allowing opportunity for progression.

If you are not quite ready for an apprenticeship, an E2E training course is an ideal stepping stone for 16-18 year olds. On E2E you can apply for Education Maintenance Allowance and help towards your expenses. You will learn Skills for Life, as well as skills relevant to a career. You will also work your way to being ready to enter an Apprenticeship, employment, or further learning.
